Ready to Ship
Items already made by me, sometimes in limited fabric which cannot be re-ordered. Alterations cannot be made to these existing items
Made to Order
Items that will be made to order in any of the sizes and fabric choices detailed in the description or you can send me your own fabric
I offer a made to measure service but buyers are responsible for ensuring they order the correct size using the information included in each item description. Orders that vary from standard chest, waist and hip sizes and that require pattern grading will be considered custom-made, different lengths can usually be accommodated within the standard listing
Using a specifically sourced fabric or a fabric of your own is also considered custom-made as are deviations from the listed style. Custom-made orders may attract additional charges depending on the nature of the request
My production time is up to 3 weeks from receipt of payment in full, although I try to dispatch sooner if possible.
If you need any items sooner than the usual production time limits, please contact me by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 07970 508589 before you submit payment so I can advise whether your timescale is achievable
Ready to Ship items will be dispatched Royal Mail within 48 hours of payment clearing unless otherwise requested. Tracking within the UK will incur further costs, tracking for international orders is included in the quoted price
Made to order items will be dispatched as soon as the item is completed, by Royal Mail to UK or tracked internationally as detailed above
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply and I am not responsible for delays due to customs
Cancellations & Returns:
Cancellations for Ready to Ship items are accepted if you notify me within 14 days of delivery and return items, unused and in the original packaging, within 14 days of notifying me.
Cancellations for Made to Order items are accepted if you notify me within 14 days of order or delivery and return items, unused and in the original packaging, within 14 days of notifying me.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned unworn and in its original condition and packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be made once I have received the returned item within the detailed timescales
I do not accept returns or refund for custom-made items unless they are faulty. What constitutes a custom-made item is detailed above
Lean to Sew sessions or workshops can be cancelled within 14 days of booking as long as this is prior to the booked session. Transfer of a cancelled session to a different date/time may be possible, contact me for availability. Refunds will not be made for sessions already attended
She Could Sew She Did will use the information you supply subscription forms to be in touch with you and to provide updates and marketing. You can change your mind at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from me, by contacting me at email@example.com or calling me on 07970 508589. The information collected will be kept for 5 years following my last contact unless you request in writing that I delete it sooner
